Home inspections
The inspection is not the place to look for the cheapest option. The difference in price between inspectors is small; the difference in what they find can be thousands of dollars.
A thorough look at the whole home
We walk the home top to bottom and give you a clear, detailed report with photos. Then we help you sort it:
- What needs attention right away
- What can wait
- What could cost you money after closing
Home testing
Some of the most expensive problems can't be seen on a walk-through. Add any of these to your inspection, or book them on their own.
Radon
Radon is an invisible, odorless gas that is common in Utah homes. A test tells you the level in the home, so you know whether mitigation is needed.
Mold
A musty smell, a past leak or visible growth? Testing shows what's there and helps you decide on next steps.
Sewer scope
A camera goes down the main sewer line to look for roots, cracks, sags and blockages: a repair you don't want to discover after closing.
Meth testing
Sampling for methamphetamine residue, so you know the home is safe for your family before you move in.
Trusted Partner Referrals
Need someone to fix what the inspection found, or help with any home project? Ask our chat, bottom right. It connects you with local pros from our partner list: people who were referred to us by people we trust, or who we've worked with personally.
Tell it what you need and where the home is. Plain words are fine.
It shows you every partner on our list who handles that kind of job in your area. You choose.
With your OK, it can introduce you both by a 3-way text, or give you their contact details, so you're not cold-calling strangers.
Partners for jobs like
Check any partner out for yourself, and if you get anything but amazing service, tell us. Don't see your job here? Ask anyway; if no one on the list fits, we'll ask around the team.
